happy birthday to me

Well, it's that time of year again. A time to celebrate having made it through 22 years on Earth. There have been many good things that have happened (getting my first job) and some not so-good things (my Grandma passing away). I've met many wonderful people in my life (my friends Denise, Cindy, Catherine). Here's hoping that the year ahead brings much more to cherish and remember for years to come

terrorist attacks

I just wanted to put my two cents in about the latest attempt to bomb the world to death by extremists acting as terrorists. First of all, whyt can't we all just get along? I mean, the world never used to be as violent as in recent years with 9/11. Anyway, these latest attacks make me think twice about flying in an airplane. I also fear what will happen when the world comes to see the 2010 Olympics. Is my backyard safe, or will it be like WWIII? Tell me about your travelling experiences since 9/11.

Losing Liberal candidate for Vancouver-Kingsway (Miles, what was his name again?) to I believe her name is Wendy Chow? is a sore loser. He claims that the said winner cheated on the ballots during the candidate election, but it's likely completely bogus.
