Ho hum

Today the BCTF announced that teaches have voted 85.2% in favour of interrupting the school year in September. I for one am not surprised at the support shown by the teachers. However, I wonder how many teachers were too afraid to vote because the BCTF would punish and publicly embarrass them. BTW I'm still not optimistic at all about the teachers settling before June 30th. I feel sorry for all those teachers who are going to lose out on a hefty signing bonus because their so-called union executive can't get their heads out of the clouds.
